OILSTONE: EQUIPPING FOR MINISTRY LEADERSHIP.

Michael Lin and Peter Moore have been involved in ministry leadership for over 20 years, and for the last 10 years or more, intensely involved in leadership training. Oilstone has the goal of investing our experience and skills in supporting competent ministry leaders develop their critical leadership skills in churches, university campuses, chaplaincy teams and various other ministry settings. Our passion is to support you in your life-long growth and fruitfulness as a gospel motivated leader.

The concept of an oilstone - using a rock for sharpening - is one of the oldest pieces of 'technology' around. So too is learning on the job, with the support of another competent leader. Like using an oilstone, on the job training takes extra time and effort but it is still the way to get the sharpest edge.

Let us know if we can help you!

"Why didn't they teach us this at college?"

Pastors' unsolicited feedback, one year after Oilstone
